Sharron Taylor has been rescuing kittens and cats for many years in Essex.  In 2019 Sharron formed Meows.  Julie joined her in 2020, Karen and Robin came on board in 2021, Vanessa joined in 2022 and Diane in 2023. 

 

The rescue was founded by Sharron Taylor and the other committee members are: Julie McGregor, Karen Hunter, Robin Prentice, Vanesssa Brittain and Diane Evans.

Julie is the main point of contact for cat and kitten adoption and Karen runs the 200 Club a monthly fundraiser as the rescue receives no national or government funding. Karen co-ordinates the fosterers in South East Essex and Julie co-ordinates fosterers across East London. Sharron, Julie, Diane, Vanessa and Robin offer foster spaces to Cats and Kittens along with our other volunteers across Essex.
